Here's Yogi Time Lapse from Friday and Sunday. I've been exploring the cueing of Core Strength Vinyasa. It is very similar to how I already cue with some refinements. I like where the course (taught by Sadie Nardini and Tyler McCoy) is going. It is encouraging me to break down the constructs that I have adopted based on overly complicated external and person influences and keep it simple building from the ground up and breaking it down one step at a time. More on this later but just know that when it looks like I am falling on the ground in Sunday's time-lapse it is because the video is fast and I actually got myself there in a fluid, slow manner. That's just what it looks like when I let my ego deflate as well as my body.
